Booking & Rental Policy 

Legal disclaimer

Wave Tennis reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All users are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the policy prior to making a booking. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in the current rescheduling policy.

Wave Tennis shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from missed sessions, failure to reschedule within the required timeframe, or system availability. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that rescheduling requests are submitted in accordance with the stated policy.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, public health restrictions, or facility closures), Wave Tennis may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements. Such accommodations are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling and Cancellation  Policy 

​General Terms

  • By making a booking or renting equipment, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • All services are provided subject to availability.

Court Booking

  • Bookings must be made through the online booking system.

  • Courts are available to be booked for a specific time slot, and we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

Rescheduling of Bookings

  • Bookings may only be rescheduled no later than six (6) hours prior to the scheduled session time.

  • Rescheduling can only be made through the administrative team and is subject to court and coach availability.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made by contacting the administrative team directly.

Missed Sessions and Late Rescheduling

  • If a player does not attend a scheduled session or attempts to reschedule within six (6) hours of the booking time, the session will be forfeited, and no credit, refund, or alternative booking will be provided.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Bookings may only be adjusted through the approved rescheduling process outlined above.

Racket Rental

  • Rackets are available for rent at $5 per session.

  • Renters are responsible for the racket during the rental period and must return it to the designated area after use.

  • Any loss, theft, or significant damage to the rented racket will result in a replacement fee up to $120.

  • Normal wear and tear on the racket is acceptable.

  • Access instructions for the racket locker will be provided upon payment confirmation.

Package Terms

  • Package holders have access to 20 hours of court time.

  • Hours can be used at any available time during operating hours and must be booked in advance through the online system.

  • Packages are only valid for the current fiscal year.

  • The package is non-transferable and cannot be refunded.

Payment & Refunds

  • All bookings and rentals must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

  • Payments are non-refundable in any condition.

  • Refunds or adjustments for missed bookings are not provided.

Liability

  • Wave Tennis is not responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring during the use of the courts or rented equipment.

  • Players and renters use facilities and equipment at their own risk.

  • Customers are expected to handle all equipment responsibly and treat the facility with care.

Account Activation for Packages

  • After purchasing a package, account setup may take up to 12 hours.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the package is activated. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us for assistance.

Conduct

  • All customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the venue's code of conduct.

  • Disruptive behavior or failure to adhere to the rules may result in a suspension of services.
