Safety Policy
1. General Safety Guidelines

All players and visitors must adhere to the club’s safety policies at all times.

Proper tennis attire, including non-marking tennis shoes, must be worn on the courts.

Players must warm up properly before playing to prevent injuries.

Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited on club premises.

Any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions must be reported to club staff immediately.
2. Court Safety Rules

- Players must wait for their scheduled time before entering the courts.

No running, horseplay, or disruptive behavior is allowed on or near the courts.

Glass bottles and other breakable items are prohibited on the courts.

Players must ensure the court is clear of debris or obstacles before playing.

Spectators must remain outside the court boundaries and avoid distracting players.
3. Ball Machine Safety

Only players aged 14 and above are permitted to use the ball machines unless supervised by an adult.

Players must read and follow all operating instructions before using the ball machines.

The machine should be paused or turned off when making adjustments or collecting balls.

Do not stand directly in front of the ball machine while it is in operation.

Report any malfunctions or technical issues to club staff immediately.

4. Booking and Usage Policies

Courts must be booked in advance through Wave Tennis's designated system.

Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their booked session.

Any damage to club property must be reported and may be subject to repair fees.

Wave Tennis reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsafe weather conditions.
5. Emergency Procedures

First aid kits are available at the club reception.

In case of medical emergencies, call emergency services immediately.

Fire exits and evacuation routes must be kept clear at all times.
6. Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to adhere to the safety policy may result in suspension of playing privileges.

Wave Tennis reserves the right to update or modify safety policies as needed.
By using the facilities, all members and guests agree to abide by these safety policies.
